NOTICE TO APPEAL JUDGEMENT OF APRIL 12, 2006

Honorable Sir:

Plaintiff with this letter puts all the defendants and officials of the Springfield Township on Notice that plaintiff intends to file Criminal Charges against them as well as all the 3 criminal attorneys who have appeared on behalf of the criminals Zygmunt Wilf, Board its members and township officials. The biggest of all criminals is Counsel Bruce Pitman who in 2000 appeared on behalf of the Residents and told the Board it will be violation of their Master Plan and Land Use Ordinance if they allow Pinnacle Communities to build any thing on the Critical Slopes on Lot 26 & 27 Block 1105 in the Township of Springfield. This development is anti-Residents, anti-Environment, anti-Wildlife, will pollute the town and will damage its storm water management plan. Criminal posing as an attorney Bruce Pitman takes a U-Turn in 2005 and told the same Board that it is good for the community to build on Critical Slopes by chopping off top of the Hill for the same parcel of land. He changed the data for Critical Slopes and tempered with the ordinance for maximum disturbance allowed in critical slopes with the help of town Engineer Kirkpatrick. He further stated it is good just because it will be developed by another criminal posing as attorney, business tycoon, real estate developer and member of their own community Zygmunt Wilf.

It was very unfortunate day in the Superior Court of Union County that a judge was sitting on tons of documents with evidence of criminal conspiracy to do irreparable harm to the environment and storm water management plans by the defendants but was reading it thru some bad or Wilf brand glasses the proof is your honor’s comments that plaintiff lives in Irvington he is not the resident of Springfield. The judge also made a remark about plaintiff’s feelings on systematic corruption in Springfield, Union County and in the State of New Jersey but decided not to address it by calling it mere frustration of the plaintiff. To allow a dangerous criminal Bruce Pitman posing as Lawyer to go free on the streets of New Jersey was a bad judgment. That was also a wrong call to accept from criminals that complained filed is out of time whereas the judge himself said the matter of K & K Developers etc. on March 17, 2006 is being dismissed Without Prejudice and plaintiff can re-file which in fact he did on March 20, 2006. Since when the criminal matters have a 45 days limitation?

It was a mixed day in New Jersey on April 12, 2006 in Union County a judge allowed a criminal builder to built 93 luxury condominiums with 2 level of underground parking all in one Massive Building on critical slopes to damage the environment and storm water management plan in Springfield. On the other hand the Appellate Judges Honorable Anthony Parrillo Jr., Jack Lintner and John Holston, Jr. said, “They do not prohibit construction of single-family homes that were approved before Feb. 2, 2004 and are not part of a larger development. Towns that have storm water management plans can reduce the buffers to 150 feet from 300 feet. By the way Springfield does have Storm Water Management Plan and these particular lots in question have an Elevation of 297 feet. Lot 26 untouched by any human being for more then 100 years and lot 27 untouched by any human being since 1964-68. The land in question is 65-75% critical slopes with critical slopes of 25% and higher grade more then 50%.

The Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, Elected Council, Police Chief and most of the other officials are no brain, racist and corrupt to the core of their heart. Last few years all developments in town are in violation of Master Plan, Land Use Ordinance and the Seal of Springfield which is Colonial Character. Few examples are Ron’s Edge developed by Zygmunt Wilf with excess covered areas on very small lots, Apartments under construction on the parking lots of 45 year old apartment complex with 21/2 storey against the old apartments with 2 stories by Zygmunt Wilf, 7 Benjamin Rd. with no rear setback and practically double coverage on a very small lot, an eye-sore 165 Mountain Ave. with 2 storey and totally out of tune in between the colonial High School & Bank building and now again Zygmunt Wilf who will chop off 60 feet from the top of the Mountain to build his dream project “Garden Homes for Skyline Ridge at Springfield.

There is a saying in the town “Ziggi Wilf gets what he wants.” Proof is in 2005 he rented out illegally a Residential Road, Ashwood Rd with a dead end for more then 5 months for undisclosed amount of Money by converting it into a State Highway for very heavy commercial vehicles with big trailers to go inside the Golf Club almost from the dead end side of the Ashwood Rd.
